Kato didn't believe that there was a prowler back there. He was looking for signs of an earthquake --be was AFRAID that he might be wrong. So he went back only as far as the locked gate. He then turned around and came right back to Allan Park and let him in the gate. When he went back the second time Park was is a positon to come to his rescue if called for help. The third time he went back there both Park and O.J. were there to back him up -- and he was till going on and on about an earthquake.
Kato's story is entirely consistent with the facts we know. It matches Park's phone records and O.J.'s testimony. When you look closely at what he did, it wasn't brave at all, just dumb. --Jasper
