I finally got to a copy machine that enlarges. The enlargement is even more of a mystery. It looks like the ink ran. I have seen things like this sometimes when in a newspaper or magazine where the ink did not dry right and ran. Gosh Jasper I hope you can figure this out. It is weird. Is there any kind of older type printer that would have made this mess. Down where I said that there was a 77 cent charge. My daughter looked at it and belives it may be 37 cents. Also could the copying machine have made it look like this. Somehow they had to schrink down the board to fit on a regular 8 by 10 sheet of paper. Also the round spot at top, at some point this was in a notebook. This was 94, no company or the LADA would have either this bad a printer or copying machine.
