Let's just say that Kato was or still is some kind of informant and he met his contact, probably Furhman or Roberts every Sunday Night behind the Guesthouse at Ten Forty. The phone calls was because as most informatants are is intuitive and he sensed more was going on so he was making telephone calls to people like the San Diego ASST District Attorney and hoped for the best. This guarantees that he is where he is supposed to be. This is the only way for the murderer to be sure that Kato is where he has to be, an appointment with his contact who is the murderer. The murderer also has someone use Wasz's attempt to get out of the three strike law in CA by trying to become part of the O.J. Case because he had sold drugs to O.J. Simpson's Ex Wife since all accusations against except Murder, unless she killed the first guy the way she was killed, have been proven against Nicole. She was the domestic abuser, and she was violent and she was the one who used drugs all the time. The amount of THC in O.J.'s blood, which had it been true they could have said the 1.5 centimeters of blood went for that test, was that of someone in a second hand smoke situation. Yes, O.J. screams and yells. Most men who scream and yell abuse openly if they are an abuser, they cannot stop themselves as they cannot stop their voice. Those that scream and are not seen abusing in public or where bruises are clearly seen usually don't abuse. It is the quite ones who seem so nice and beat behind closed doors that are the really dangerous ones. When you see neighbors who shake their head and say, "They were the perfect couple." These are the ones who kill or at least maime horribly. Anyway I digressed. How hard would it have been to then send the lackey with a bag allegedly from O.J. Simpson for the back up frame. I almost wonder if Marcia Clark used the first obvious Frame to not get a conviction because the timing would never fit and in time people would see that. If there was gambling and poronography it was Nicole as she was the wild life person now. He was almost fifty and although I don't know how that feels without being hurt first I can guess it can take some of the pizzazz out of what used to be fun. I believe Furhman is capable of setting up ten back up plans thoroughly and I don't understand why we keep fighting about which one Furhman used when you know I basically agree with you. You also know that I am a fair person and no matter how incredulous something sounds it is only fair for me to at least see if something will work. It didn't except it helped put some loose ends to rest. I still believe Wasz stole Barbieri's car for one of two reasons. One She had it done to be able to get a car just like O.J's and give the lame excuse she gave which was that she had always liked O.J.'s Bronco and wanted one like it. Two, someone wanted Nicole pissed off at Paula and so made her think Paula was following her and might stop to get in her face so she could be taken and killed at Rockinham as Wasz Says which is a third reason. I would not be surprised if somehow Kardashian was some of the money behind this killing. I think the set up was a group effort pulled off by Mark Furhman because she staid with O.J. and Married him. Even see Down Payment On Murder with Connie Sellecca. It is about a Real Estate Man who tries to hire someone to kill his wife. He is a domestic abuser and in many ways the killer is how they made O.J. seem. She has two kids about Sydney and Justin's age and he has blown his money and maxed out his credit cards. I sometimes wonder if O.J. wasn't suppose to be killed that night and make it look like self defense but somehow, maybe because of the Asians trying to force O.J. off the road and the threatening telephone calls, he started keeping his comings and going secret. Remember how Nicole didn't know O.J. wasn't going to be there for Justin's graduation and she was angry, Maybe the one thing they didn't expect is that O.J. was leaving town, so when Kato met with Furhman or Roberts behind his guest house they knew they had to hurry up, change their plans and kill Nicole with Ron instead of O.J. with Ron and there was no time to get O.J. over to Nicole's so they called him and he sent someone else to see what was going on, maybe AC, or Jason. Who knows. Just a few ideas.
