I don't think much of your idea. I understand the word "plagiarize" to mean to steal a concept from another person. What concept has Wasz stolen from me? ************************************************************ virtually everything you proceed to lay out in this post.
When, exactly, did your theory and/or the wagnerandson.com site first appear? When did you first publish your theory in more-or-less the form it is now? **************************************************************
I proposed that the Bundy murders were a mob payback for Simpson welching on his agreement to provide leads to high rollers he met on the Hertz golf events, and that professional killers were dispatched to plan and execute the murder of Nicole and the frame of Simpson for it. Wasz has never advanced any such idea. In fact, **************************************************************** Gee, Dick, isn't this the very same theory that came out from Mario whatzizname last week on the David Bresnahan show? *********************************************************** the story he tells is competitive with my idea: Kardashian (not the mob) was going to hire HIM (not professional killers) *********************************************************** Let me put it this way, Dick: Wasz was telling your story, but casting himself as "Gus". ********************************************************** to kill Nicole, and do it under circumstances whereby Simpson would be in the clear.
The Wasz scenario and my own were two separate tracks in two separate universes until I realized that there could be a connection after I read the Wasz story in some detail in David Breshnehan's series. *********************************************************** Which ALSO came out after YOUR web site.
Again: Did/does Wasz have Internet access in prison? ********************************************************* Believing the facts (but not necessarily the interpretation) that Wasz gave, I came to the opinion that the failed January plan to kill Nicole was never supposed to work out in the first place. ************************************************************* BECAUSE IT NEVER **EXISTED** IN THE FIRST PLACE, DAMMIT! ********************************************************************
I think it was one of the early planning activities by the eventual killers, *********************************************************** Do you realize that you are, here, saying that Kadashian was in league with, an accomplice to, the "eventualy killers?" Remember, Wasz has said that he dealt directly, even face-to-face, with Kardashian. *******************************************************************
and was done in order to generate evidence incriminating Simpson, Kardashian, and Barbieri in a (January) plot to kill Nicole. ************************************************************* What type of "evidence" would that be? ************************************************************ When the murder finally did occur, Simpson was set up to take the fall (he was lured to go to the scene just after the deed was done) and he was checkmated from telling why he went, or who told him about it, because if he did his involvement in the earlier plot would come out (the mob would see to it.) Thereby, he would have an even harder time to defend himself, and his friends would go down with him. (Did you notice how Kardashian and Barbieri clung to Simpson until the verdict was read, then dropped him like a bad habit when it was over? *****************************************************************
Not particularly suspicious , Dick. They had both been drifting away/ending their relationships with OJ at the time of the murders. But then came back because he was desperately in need. After the acquital, he wasn't in need anymore and they returned to their separation. **************************************************************
They were not "loving friends," they were urging him day and night to stonewall his actual (innocent) connection to the June murders.)
So, that is how the Wasz scenario and my own fit together, and I doubt that to this day Wasz has a clue about it. ************************************************************
Well, Dick, SOMEBODY, "doesn't have a clue about it"; that's for sure. ************************************************************ He was manipulated by the mob to get halfway into the January plot and then double cross Kardashian, but I'm sure he thinks the whole thing was his idea. Just like Faye Resnick thinks it was HER idea that Simpson was out to kill Nicole all along. Or Juditha thinks it was HER doing that she "lost" her glasses. Or Nicole thought it was HER idea to call Goldman that night to bring the glasses. These people were all manipulated to do things that would facilitate the plot and isolate the real killers, and they never realized what they were doing.

--dick wagner **************************************************************** A good example of "paranoid" is the belief is a superhuman force ("the mob") that has godlike powers to manipulate people to the degree that it can literally plant thoughts in another's mind at will. I.e., being able to count on Juditha "blieving" she had lost her glasses, when they had, in fact, been stolen, and therefore aserting that someone could no this with assurance that they would not be caught in the act. Or planting the idea in Resnick's mind that OJ was out to kill Nicole all the time, instead of, say, regarding the person suggesting such a thing as a malicious gossip unworthy of trust. Or being able to get Nicole, WHILE SHE IS ALONE IN HER HOME, to come up with the idea of calling Goldman to fetch her mother's glasses.
Or, for that matter, being able to do the murders and be so certain of their evidence planting and covering abilities that they have no fear of capture or betrayal.
