Jean, if I had been told that you heard a noise and went to check it out, just from writing to you on this board and Alt Fan and email I'd believe it because you have a strength that gives you and most everyone else the need to see that no one is there. The courage to look.
Now, Kato doesn't take care of himself as everyone else does. He forgets to turn off the Jacuzzi. He knows there is a door he just has to try to open and an alarm goes off. He knows O.J. Simpson is still in the house. He knows when O.J. leaves. Rosa says she hears people around the time the noise occurs and that she relaxes when she hears O.J.'s voice so we are pretty sure that someone was behind the guest house. Anyone of us could be right. We know from Rosa that indeed someone was there. Now, it is simply my opinion that people who have two options that are better than checking it out themselves that people who live like Kato will choose the one of the two. Basically no guarantees. Unless he had been caught and made to help, or he was allegedly helping Nicole to get more money from O.J. Simpson Furhman would know about that because he is the one with Shipp setting Nicole up for the stealing money from O.J. Scenario. Just the fact that there were other options available takes away the Guarantee that a noise would bring Kato around to see who was there. Someone as thorough as Mark Furhman would not leave that up to chance.
