Kari, I sit about where you do here. Sure the Bresnahan plot/story has big holes in it and is short on the murder details but you could say the same with the other theories.
I know that DB once told me that he saw at LEAST 3 plots (groups of people), factions or whatever at work in and around OJ and Nicole.
I also know who he has talked to and what many have said. I know that Wasz has proven out in all investigations. It may not be the Whole story but it IS part of the story.
None of the theories explain all the things going on in and around OJ. It doesn account for Nicole's change in will and putting her Dad in charge (when he had the world's worst history of money management). It doesn't explain the octopus of need from the Browns to get more and more money with all of it disappearing down a big black hole. (I have speculatated on big gambling debts as a possibility)
None explains the cooperation of lies that both the Browns and Goldman's gave in this case. Or the media keeping damning info about both families out of the press.
They don't explain the money that Nicole and Faye owed for drugs and how Nicole was almost going out of her way to piss everybody off. I think it very possible she was trying a money scam on OJ. You know that she already was doing so with her IRS forms.
None of the scenarios (the Wasz comes closet) as to why the Show trial and the Show media happened. Taking advantage of the case for an agenda for spouse abuse and other is only part of the explanation. Not all.
Or why the DA's and cops and judges got by with what they did. Some misconduct happens in lots of cases but not to the degree it happened here and in plain sight of the national audience. Covering for a cop or two doesn't "get it" as a full explanation.
Many things were swirling around these people. The Heidi Fleiss case and many of Nicole's friends were involved in that. And from everything I have read about it, it seems (with each girl having her own cop assigned to her as told by Nicole's friends) it could very well be a black ops type operation or sting or anything in-between.
Nicole was spinning out of control, getting more and more people upset with her...and making herself a "danger" to a bunch of people.
The Oswald/JFK case has been mentioned. It must be pointed out that many "plots" swirled around that case. There were doubles, mob involvement, government involvement, etc. They all happened. It was an attempt to "cloud" the issue.
Everything in that case was geared to something happening in the Plaza on November 22, 1963.
The same could be true of the Bundy location. Many plots going on in the background. Yes, Oswald was "on scene" but there is plenty to show that other "shooters" were there.
What it comes down to is WHO has the power to make all these behind the scene things happen and who can orchestrate the CoverUP on the scale that it was?
There were a LOT of people endangered from a full investigation of this case--Kardashian and his people, mobsters, government folks (informants or undercover cops?), the gamblers, the NFL itself and its reputation and perhaps even government people who took advantage of Heidi's operation by hiring women or drugs, etc.
It comes down to WHO can fake evidence, see to it that those who testified (body finders and others) who are better off financially now than they were then, get the FBI involved, faked (forgery) diary, faked photos of shoes, etc.
And if anybody hasn't noticed how many of the SAME people from one or more of the Kennedy assasinations are involved in this case--they aren't paying attention.
All this JUST for Fuhrman. I don't think so.
I am not saying that Fuhrman is absovled or not the killer. I am saying that more went on here than just Fuhrman.
