I agree that to believe this story one has to believe O.J. Simpson doesn't care about his kids at all. He'd have had to leave them at their house alone to wake up and find the bodies. I don't believe any parent night ever do that. Also Pete Rose may have been thrown out of baseball, but they don't do that in football. Mercury Morris is still Mercury Morris. O.J. Simpson through all of the Murder garbage has still remained the best running back ever, despite the slicing through the line jokes. Gambling is the way of life in the NFL. It has become as bad as Pro Wrestling. Bill Walsh did an interview on ESPN just after the murders and the interviewer thinking he might blow the idea of O.J.'s body being too hurt by asking him how O.J. made yardage his one year in San Francisco just before the Montana Era. Bill Walsh stated there and then that every yard O.J. made cost him dearly in pain and that he literally BOUNCED off the offensive linemen and only had him go in when they had a situation they knew he'd make yards. That his last season was an illusion of his greatness and a tribute to the sacrifices of his knees and legs for all the years he had to run with an offensive line that didn't make holes for him. This is how great a Running Back he was. If I have the position they call what he did wrong I am sorry but this is what Bill Walsh said in summary. O.J. Simpson was going to quit football after just a few years becauese of the coach at Buffalo at the time, they fired the coach in Buffalo and built the offensive line around O.J. Simpson which is when he became so great. The two years of smashing instead of running like he was supposed to did more damage to his knees and legs than the entire time he was running with the offensive line built around him when he reached the two thousand yard mark. Then Bill Walsh said very quietly to the interviewer, I cannot see how the man O.J. Simpson was his last year in San Francisco, which was 79/80, could have overcome a girl scout forget two strong athletic people. This interview was done live and then buried. So even if he recieved a telephone call, he wouldn't have run over to save her. It was Sunday Night, he only had ten grand on him, and he couldn't have stopped them from doing what they were going to do anyway. Maybe he had some girl call the police to ask about the bodies to see if it was true. Who knows. It is also strange because since 1994 the San Francisco Forty Niners have been getting worse and worse, and some of the calls at the crucial times have gotten worse. I believe that this story may have some bearing on this case, but not the way Bresenhan told it. Sorry about the spelling. O.J. most certainly must have wondered why Gigi calls and says she wants to spend the night with her family, the regular Limo Driver doesn't show up, he had to know something was up, or he got people out of town. What belies his knowledge of something going down is that he didn't know Paula Barbieri was out of town. So it looks as if he was sending people out of the way, and it was someone else who did that. He doesn't appear to know this. It also made him look guilty that his maid didn't come home, the limo driver left town, Paula left town, who else?
