Bresnahan-Netrini__PART 2
The second hour consisted of DB presenting his scenario of the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson. He begins with statements like "for the first time, you're going to hear what really happened" and "before now there has been a lot of speculation".
DB then takes us back to 1998 and says that he began a series of articles "about a man named William Wasz". DB then tells us "I was the first member of the press admitted into the prison [at Calipatria, CA] to interview him in person."
Just a moment! When I first met Joe Bosco by phone 5 years ago, he was driving out to the prison every other weekend to speak with Wasz. DB talks about the 12 articles he wrote about Wasz as if Bill Wasz is HIS discovery. The developement of the Bill Wasz story is a result of Joe Bosco's 2 year odyssey. Joe's name is never mentioned by DB and I resent this attempt to take full credit for a story which is not his alone.
DB then capsulizes the Bill Wasz story as well as the fact that the LAPD knew all about Wasz, which is true of course. DB claims that Kardashian is a aware of the articles but has never returned any of DB's phone calls. DB tells us that he is simply reporting what has been told to him.
He then tells us about Simpson's role in a Gambling operation to get young college athletes to shave points (but not to lose a game) so that the score would occupy a certain "point spread" in order to "aid the gambling on certain college games." He goes on: "O. J. did not do it! [The Murder] However, he was there! But he was there shortly after the murder--not during the murder." He then describes how Simpson would be used to influence the athletes with his prestige and charm. And adds that Simpson and Nicole were not getting along, and that Simpson had "either lessened the amount of living allowance to Nicole or was threatening to lessen it. She was quite angry and she had racked up, according to my sources, a very high debt for the drugs she was using." DB adds that Wasz was "one of Simpson's and Nicole's drug suppliers."
I remember 5 years ago sitting in Donald Freed's back yard with Joe Bosco and Don suggesting this gambling scenario and I'll just say now what I said then: It is certainly an interesting idea but where is the absolute proof? Listening to DB sounds like the exact wording that Joe was using about this subject. It's possible of course, but how about some evidence?
DB claims that he has had more than one source tell him the same story, "so I have been able to varify that what I have been told is accurate." DB says he can't reveal his sources.
DB goes on to say that the "Gambling" operation is under the control of the "Armenian Mafia" and "a significant player in that is Robert Kardashian". He says Nicole owed money for Cocaine to "some of the same people as were involved in the Gambling operation." "She owed somewhere in the neighborhood of $30,000 or more!" "She made phone calls to Kardashian, and she threatened to expose O. J. and Kardashian and the Gambling operation."
Oh wait a second! Where's the evidence for that? I doubt that it came from Kardashian. I am not contending that the gambling thing is impossible in and of itself, but how about some evidence?! And who would be a witness to any such phone calls from Nicole to Kardashian and as to what was said? And how could Simpson in any way change his pre-nuptial agreement any more than Nicole could? The terms were whatever they were as well as the terms of the divorce. And then comes the corker! "Simpson doesn't care what people think of him as a person, but as a football player--he does [care]!" I'm sure he does care about his football legacy. But are we to believe that he doesn't mind being known as a double murderer? Reports are that he sure minded (was quite depressed in fact) during the trials and couldn't fathom why people would think he could or would do such a thing!
DB says that when Nicole makes the threats to Kardashian, RK goes to Bill Wasz for the purpose of killing Nicole.
DB never mentions Wasz stealing Paula Barbieri's vehicle and so never has to explain how that fits into the plot.
DB says that he was told that in June, O. J. receives a phone call "telling him that he had the option, now I don't know what went on in between this, but apparently O. J., although he was upset with Nicole did not want her killed. And apparently he knew or at least had an inkling that this might happen. He received a phone call--I'm told he might have received calls before--and he acted as if he didn't believe them, that they were serious. That he received a call that (sig) said "either you pay her debts, or she dies, and you have X amount of time." He blew it away again. And apparently [Simpson] had some last minute thoughts about "I think they really mean it, I think I'd better get over there."
Says who? Who could be a witness to this?
DB continues: "By the time he arrived at the house, the murder had just taken place. When he arrived, he found the bodies! Now his first thoughts were not dealing with the murder, and not "I must cover up", or "I must be careful someone doesn't accuse me."" DB: "He did go into the house, he did get involved in some things, he did get cut in the process, and he did this very hurriedly and rather frantically, because he knew that it would not be long before police and others would be on the scene. It was a pretty bad scene. He needed to get other evidence out of the house. Not evidence dealing with the murder, but evidence dealing with the gambling! What was that evidence? I do not know. I'm just simply repeating to you what my sources have told to me and that THAT Evidence was removed."
And into our story walks Mr. Wagner and his theories---Simpson went to Bundy! Simpson doesn't think about the murders (and evidently not about whether his kids are alive) but about "Gambling evidence" (whatever THAT is!). He works hurriedly (I'll bet he does!) because he thinks the police will be there soon and he needs to get "Gambling evidence" out of the condo. Simpson has to catch a plane and he's looking for "Gambling evidence". But where does he look? He could be there for hours looking and not find it! But he doesn't have that luxury of time. We're told that he did get involved in some things---what is meant by that?? And he did get cut in the process---doing what?? What process?? Was he looking for "Gambling evidence" under a knife and cut himself--a stroke of bad luck which would come back to haunt him later?? AND HOW WOULD ANY "SOURCE" KNOW ABOUT THIS UNLESS HE WAS THERE TOO?? But miraculously, Simpson finds this "Gambling evidence" without taking up much time---God is on his side---after all, he didn't commit the murders. Oh, I said MURDERS didn't I?! And what does Simpson think when he sees the body of the young man? "Hey, whose that guy--what's HE doing here? Oh well, it's not my fault. I've got a plane to catch."----or some such ridiculous reaction? (I guess we can ALL speculate as to what Simpson is thinking!) Does he rush up stairs to see if his kids have been harmed? But according to this scenario, he does put the "Gambling evidence" into the bag (at Bundy or Rockingham?--oh well), and back at his home puts the bag into the "secret" compartment in the limo, is driven to the airport by Park, after which Park returns to Torrance, and the mystery person removes the bag, and gives it to Rocky Bateman, who disposes of the bag. Whew!--Again! And who would have known to do this? Hang on folks--it gets better--or worse depending on your point of view. DB says there is a consistant story of Simpson removing "gambling evidence", (and he now adds) and drugs! A consistant story? How would one witness know about this---but more than one?? That's what CONSISTANT means in this context--two or more people coroborating. DB: "And that was the evidence that was removed! And therefore, explaining his "presence", explaining "blood", "footprints", etc." You mean if we all buy into Mr. Wagner's view that Simpson was there, wore Bruno Magli shoes, walked through the blood making the footprints (and therefore buying into the Scull and Flammer photos), and somehow bleeding at the murder scene by "getting cut in the process", after which he is seen by Jill Shively who thinks he is Marcus Allen until the next morning when she realizes that it was Simpson whom she saw! As Columbo would say "dat's terrific!"
DB continues: "And so we now have the power of an organized crime group involved. This organized crime group has tenticles into every aspect of this case--the police, the District Attorney's office, the O. J. Simpson defense team. People associated with this organized crime group were involved in all 3 of those areas." He goes on to say that there was an effort by this group to confuse and mess up things to make it difficult to prove anything about this case. DB: "The effort was deliberate on everyone's part to not solve the crime."
DB: "The 2 people who killed her [Nicole] were actually there before and couldn't find her, and returned. And upon finding her, were suddenly confronted with Ron Goldman who showed up surprizing them. And so that caused the problem that resulted in less than a simple execution. It required some drastic action on their part very quickly because they were caught, and they had to get rid of him."
How could anyone know that the 2 killers were there before and didn't find Nicole---did someone speak to them?? Really David, why is killing Ron any more "drastic" than killing Nicole?
DB says that 2 Russians, who were brought in by the Armenian Mafia, committed the murders and were immediately sent back to Russia afterwards. These were people with no records of any kind. DB's sources say that one of them was killed in an unrelated crime after he returned to Russia, and the other one is in "parts unknown". DB says he's sorry he can't give us a name but that's who it was. He also says that there was "no great concern for having found her there" on Simpson's part--"he knew there were threats being made; He did not believe them until really at the last minute. He thought 'maybe they're really serious' and that's why he went to the house. And there was certainly no love lost there, but the one thing O. J. did not do, from the research that I have found, although he and Nicole fought like cats and dogs, he did not participate, to what I can find at all, in any attempt at her murder. And it does not appear to me that he was involved with Kardashian [in the murder I guess] and in fact, has completely severed his relationship with Kardashian. They are not friends as they once were." DB goes on to say that the FBI had been investigating this gambling operation for years but has since dropped the matter. "And so the tenticles of the underworld reached into the FBI and the Federal Government to bring this to an end as well." "Is O. J. happy with the way things are? Sure! He got off, was not convicted of the murder. He's appealing the civil situation, probably will succeed eventually, but there you have it! Nicole Brown Simpson killed by two members of the Russian Mafia!"
End Of Show
Again, what is the evidence for these statements? He did not believe the threats to Nicole "until the last minute". That last minute of what? No great concern for having found Nicole slashed to death there? How does he know that? And again, what about the kids?
Ok, let's sum it all up shall we?
During this 2 hour broadcast, Mark Fuhrman was not mentioned once. Nor Brad Roberts. Nor Ron Shipp. Nor Vannatter. Well, what then is the connection between the David Bresnahan scenario and all the evidence relating to the 4 just mentioned? What about the following elements researched so carefully by Donald Freed, Jasper Garrison, Joe Bosco, Steven Singular, Christopher Springer, and many others:
1. Fuhrman's "Alibi"
2. The Timelines (If Simpson is there after the murders, the time element is just as impossible as saying Simpson is the murderer.)
3. The Gloves
4. The Socks
5. The Missing Blood
6. The EDTA
7. Simpson's Demeanor (Why would Simpson be so cool and collected after just seeing his ex-wife's body slashed?)
8. Furhman's Behavior Everywhere
9. The Wasz Notebook Taken By The Police
We could go on, but you get the idea.
The truth is that as a complete scenario, this doesn't fit the known facts at all. There may be some elements which could have some basis in truth, but we won't learn about them by using this methodology.
Instead, let's try to spread the words of the key researchers in this case: Freed, Garrison, Springer, Bosco, Singular et al.
