From what I heard he sounded like a nut. Perhaps he was not as scared as off his meds. I would be scared too lying about the Russian mafia. Now if I have this straigt he was the brother in law of the limo driver. If the limo driver was not there we know nothing but what a nut said and what story DB told. Now as much as I have read about this Wasz story is full of holes. that dog just don't hunt.
