This is amazing!
THIS is the prosecutor all the networks (cable anyway) who put this woman out as the Prosecutor Flavor of the MOnth time after time after time.
It plainly says she committed illegal acts and inappropriate acts and unfair due process acts during the course of this trial which was a conviction for murder.
We posters have been discussing posting this on CNN and other message boards with more info about Grace. (like how she was on the fast track to a judgeship til this happened)
It is shocking that she would be on "trashing" the defendants from Tampa when the cops and DA's lied and fabricated the evidence according to a Judge in Tampa.
Oh, for someone to say to her (on national tv) a comment about was this how you did it in the Carr case that got thrown out and stated your illegal conduct in getting the conviction? Is this why you lost your job?
Like others, I don't think this is the ONLY time she did stuff like this. Perhaps the only time she got caught but not the only time she did it.
In this case, the cops and DA's basically made up a crime as well.
There is now another case in Nevada involving a car accident where the wife was killed and the man was injured in a 800 ft drop in a vehicle.
Already it has been shown that the grand jury did not hear the brakes failed before going thru the guard rail and that the man had the substance from inside the crash bags on his clothes.
They were having problems in their marriage so therefore he killed her.
We'lll have to watch this one as well. The defense is asking for a dismissal as well.
