The whole case was BASED on the state of their marriage--she had a lover, was breaking up, etc--from a sister, a neighbor and her lover---YET no evidence that a crime had been committed (proof of arson) was given.
In other words, a couple with a very bad marriage that was breaking up and they had a house fire. The woman died and the man badly injured. Therefore, because of the bad marriage, the guy MUST have started the fire that killed her.
The Georgia Supreme Court basically said this won't get it.
I sure would like to know WHAT the basically Inappropriate, unfair, and Illegal conduct that Ms. Disgrace did in the case was.
