I'm sorry I was unable to find it, and very grateful Charlie did. I just remembered the incident. Just like the only person Bush gave Clemency to was Henry Lee Lucas major serial killer. He hid behind the parole board but there was more evidence that the guy who got the reprieve for a DNA test and then put to death when the DNA showed it could be him or his brother, but not sure which. Nothing to show proof. I don't believe anyone with a seventy percent inclusion is enough to use in court. In fact, untill they can age blood, prove DNA tests were not planted, prove preservative is not in a sample that DNA should only be used to EXCLUDE someone, not INCLUDE them. I don't trust the FBI. I don't trust Law Enforcement. I have known too many policemen through my Dad being a reserve policeman. There are many Mark Furhman's and even more Vannatter's who is worse. His smirk when he told the world that he made mistakes in the O.J. Simpson case because he is only human. Disgrace makes Marsha Clark look like a real prosecutor.
