Found it of a search of Weldon Wayne Carr + Georgia Supreme Court.

March 10, 1997 (anniversay is TODAY-hit the paper on the 11th)

Seems the entire case was based on circumstantial evidence. No proof of arson fire. Only evidence shown was a dog sniffing dog of an accelerant but no proof otherwise that there was really an accelerant. Total case was based on the state of the marriage of the defendant and wife.

Even though it doesn't mention her by name, it says the prosecutor was a she and then rips her butt over overstepping, etc. Doesn't rule on her behavior as revisible error cause--only the lack of proof the fire was set.

If you think about it, any fire where there is a death could be called murder if the persons involved were not getting along.

Carr had to jump for 2nd story window after attempting to get his wife and burned his hands. He broke a vertebrate in the fall and was arrested the day after she died in the hospital (she did not die on scene) while he was still in the hospital.

Also hearsay evidence of her lover, sister and friends was allowed and used against Carr yet no evidence that the fire was arson.

Something is mentioned about keeping evidence hidden as well.

I think mentioning the Supreme Court's words about the prosecutor in the case would go a long way on Geraldo or somewhere to put Miss Disgrace in her place. charlie
