The media perpetuats people geting stuck in anger. Unil you go thru it and get past it you can't get to a place of acceptence. I dislike that healing word. You don't heal like from a cut. You learn to accept to a point where you do not obsess about it and you think about it less and less until there is space for better things and a chance to have some happiness again.People who just stuck in anger are those who won't face that they are angry at the deal person for deserting them.Or some other anger that has happened in their life they have not been able to express. Or anger at themselves they won't face. With this you have the funeral and thats should be the end of grief just does not work. But if the grief lingers and is their for too much of your day for too long a period then that is not nomal either. Each person handles grief in their own way and should be allowed to within some limitions. People screw up with they think they know how a particular person should act or feel. The brother that we thought would fall apart when my mother passed was like a rock, while the strong dependable brother was nuts for a while. You never know and should not judge within limitations.
