The Tampa case of Sabrina's disappearance was hightlighted on Dateline tonight.

They went thru the whole thing from her disappearance to the recent Judge's rulings.

Seems that: FBI found a footprint (not belonging to anybody who had been in the house) on Sabrina's bedclothes. A blond hair not belonging to anybody who had been in the house in the crib. A fingerprint on the back sliding door that did not belong. A man in the neighborhood called and said he heard a baby crying in the night near his house. (no babies live around) The cops never called him. A man reported that his house targeted for an attempted breakin just days before the disappearance and he had an 8 month old baby in the house. HIs call was not returned. Two people who called and said they saw a couple with Sabrina in the Tampa airport the next day and she screamed for 2 hours pushing the couple away never had their call returned either.

Cop interviewed basically said what the nail on their coffin was that they hired a lawyer. That made them guilty. Not telling that they had been accused and had their rights read to them prior to them getting a lawyer.

They made up the conversations on the tapes. And other conversations that could be heard on the tapes with the couple talking in a way to prove innocence were left OFF the transcript.

Actually, this is pretty amazing stuff! Not what the cops and DA did (number jury letters on his tactics and how they were more afraid of him than the person on trial) BUT that two major shows have spotlighted this case in just a few days.

And told it the way it was. This show didn't have any of the Nancy Grace or Steve Johnson types making excuses for them.
