Jasper, Kate (who had not posted in a good while) and used to be on the OJS egroups before she moved and I have always had a suspicion that the gloves were switched at one point.
(Switched to match a left hand cut)
What you say here about the blood trail going away from the notch on the glove at Bundy fits that scenario.
You say the blood got on the wrong glove --it was supposed to be on the Bundy glove.
I maintain that there was a mixup. Even in the Civil trial with Fung's testimony there was discussion that the gloves were switched.
Matheson came in and gave testimony as to how that couldn't be but when matching the photos of both Bundy and Rockingham and the photos of the gloves while in evidence, there is photographic evidence that the gloves were switched.
After stating specificly in the criminal trial that he took the Rockingham glove into the crime scene and then left with it (video) after Lange compares it to the Bundy glove--in the civil trial he makes the remark--"I'm not sure it Was the Rockingham glove I took out of the crime scene."
Was he allowing that they could have been switched?
