Jean,

You may be getting the idea that Lou Brown had access Nicole's safe deposit box from two source. He was the one who authenticated the will and the diary that came out of the safe deposit box. The picture of Nicole's supposedly battered face taken in 1979 that also came out of that box is the one that Nicole and Denise's cousin Rolph Baur said was taken "a long time ago" by Lou Brown. Denise claimed that she took the photo in '89.

I'm pretty sure that Denise did have something to do with the document in that box. She could have easily gotten access to it by posing as Nicole and forging her signature, but I don't see her as the composer. I don't see Nicole as the composer, either. The thing that made me start looking at Fuhrman, Faye and Denise as a team was the similarity in way they write about O.J. and Nicole's Demeanor. Check out Fuhrman's '89 report to the city attorney. Compare it to the documents supposedly written by Nicole that had O.J. beating her and threatening to kill her with a gun. Compare it to Faye Resnick's tales of a pimp-like O.J. and a terrified Nicole. The stories sound like they were written by the same person. They don't sound like anything we know about Nicole from Ralf and Maria Baur or anyone who had nothing to gain by trying to sell that image of O.J. --Jasper
