Now we have a black cop doing the shooting so we can rule out any racial motivation. Because he was shot in the back rules out a fear motivation.
Now I read that the host had even talked to the neighbors about having a party, so it is doubtful that they would have been so disturbed as to call the cops in the first place.
Instead of the cop entering the frount door or waiting for the host in order to solve the noise problem which usually means turn down the music, he creeps around peeking in the window.
There was cocaine in the victums body.
When you take all these facts into consideration, you are left with a drug hit, with the cop as the assasin.
I would like to know a lot more about the telelphone call and a lot more about where he got the fake gun and who suggested that he take it. I would also like to know who was at the party that directed the cop as to where the victum was in the house. I would also like to know what calls went in and out of that house both by house phones and guest cell phones. Or even beepers.
Would have been a perfect murder if the victum had turned around when the flashlight was flashed in the window.
