I read the difference in ground level in OJ's deposition and the opposition attorneys agreed, that it was 2 to 3 feet differance. Actually there is a vidio that shows a gap in folage and some bending of the fense in the area of Kato's room. This person jumping over the fense would have nothing to do with the glove. It would be the person who would have been hiding in the maids room or garage watching OJ. When the limo came, the only safe way out would be over a fense. He would not be able to open the gates or go thru the tennis courts, or limo driver might see him. this person would have the gates closed knowing the glove was planted or was going to be planted in the area. Not likely to plant a bloody, leather glove where the dog might get it and bury it never to appear again. I gotta vison of Fuhrman looking all over for the glove and never finding it. Wouldn't that have been a hoot. If the glove goes by by etc.
