Kari,
I didn't forget the berry trees. In fact, I've thought a LOT about them.
However, it it were the berry trees, the trees only dropped berries/juice on the left side of the walkway (close to house) and in a trail pattern.
Some of the unaccounted for "smears" in the BEST photo may be in fact this "juice" from the berries. It is indiscriminate smears or dark places in the tiles.
But if they had not "pointed out" the OJ blooddrop first, I could not have been able to pick it out from the rest of the "drops" there. Except (in closeups) it being perfectly round, in the overall pix, it looks just the same as the others.
