First off, Rosa Lopez didn't testify in front of the jury. She testified on video tape and it wasn't used. She heard voices around after taking the dog for a walk at about ten. She heard footsteps after twelve o'clock. Thirdly, this is not about who is right and who is wrong. I have a few beliefs about this case but never married myself to a theory because one new revelation and the theory is down the tubes. I do believe with Kato's unusual prescence out of his room, he spent more time with O.J. this day than any other. If your right about Kato being the murderer than he did it, and the police framed O.J. Since Kato had no bruising or blood all over him I can't see how he overcame the two athletic people. Your bandaid theory is bright, but not necessary. Not when you have the LAPD, which is why it is nearly impossible to really figure this out. So few truths were told during the trial. Since the time factor makes it pretty clear O.J. didn't do it there are a number of people who could have. People protecting their theories makes truth hard to find as they too want to overlook evidence that doesn't fit. Like how five plus two and fifteen is seven fifteen. This cannot be got around. Using Occan's Razor Kato had to be the look out because he is not dufus as the camerman called him when he, well aware of the cameras, made an ass of himself by going into a gate of an estate he'd been living in for six months with full knowledge that the gates stay closed. O.J. laughed at the notion that Kato could be the killer because Kato was Kato. I think he is a good actor, as well as a manipulater and he found this act of being a dufus so people would say okay just to shut him up. Whoever was behind this murder either was a trained killer who had reasons of their own to kill or else hired someone to kill her. Let's all of us never forget that until it was established that O.J. was on a plane and had an alibi from eleven on <approximitly> the media clearly assumed the murders occurred after eleven. Also, it was only six weeks since daylight savings time and the enternal clocks of people were an hour earlier. This is to give the benefit of the doubt to the Mezzeluna crew. This is the most innocent reason. I saw the video of after the recital during the trial. The sun was such that it had to be more like seven thirty when it was taken. The sun was not high enough to be six thirty at the latest, five thirty without daylight savings time. One must twist physics to see a recital that start around five and last two hours and fifteen minutes and have it end before seven fifteen. I think that few people would say anything the D.A told us to say if we were threatend the way the D.A, threatened people in this case. Read the questions asked! The Prosecution only proved that O.J. Simpson had a cut in his left hand. What his blood type was. That one can cook DNA, add some more and not have many artifacts from the real bloodtype. Otherwise they shoved a bunch of stuff that made little if no sense. The alleged blood drops at Bundy and Rockingham could have been berry juice stains from the trees at Bundy which were suppose to be the same berry trees O.J. had at Rockingham behind the guest houses. Berry Juice could contaminate the blood drops as well as come up as preliminary blood with a phenothaline test. What if their blood trail at Rockingham turned out to be Berry juice because Kato went behind the guest houses. Many things are possible but we will never know because the LAPD played with the evidence. Hopefully, the people will get caught and the truth will be known by someone. Actually, I believe that the Browns have always known he was innocent and have been playing a role except Denise who maybe had an abusive boyfriend herself and he killed Nicole thinking it was Denise. Especially if Denise was at Bundy that night. So much unknown information because the LAPD never truly investigated this case. If this was an episode of Homicide it wouldn't make it to the screen because the behavior of the police is so sloppy it is beyond belief. They became so star struck and excited about getting a Celebrity killer, they didn't care about the truth.
