First off, I don't believe I am less intelligent that John. Secondly, in O.J.'s deposition he states he saw Kato in the garage. He could have meant the garage area, etc as Baker states that it is about the third or forth time Petromalt asked the question. Since we are all suppose to be friendly here, and I have asked this question with no response several times I didn't believe I had to go through this entire explanation. So many people assume whatever Kato said as Gospel, and I frankly don't believe a word he said. I figure Kato made up the noises because he got caught in an area he wasn't allowed. Unless permossion was given or else he was supposed to do a job, Kato was only suppose to have his room. He had to ask to use the Jacuzzi, he did not have access to the main house at all. In the deposition Petromalt asks O.J. Simpson every possible way about where the alarms were and where they were not other than a motion detector which he refused to say where it is now, and it was like pulling teeth for him to even come close to saying where it was before the murders. Bottom line, Kato had no way into the main house legitimatly. He was not supposed to wander around the grounds alone. The door from Kato's room into the main house via the office/trophy room area had an alarm on it and if the alarm was on Kato could not go through that door without the alarm going off. First he had to unlock the door somehow since he only had a key to his room. Only O.J. Simpson had a master key to the entire estate. unless someone else got a hold of this key and somehow was able to take it somewhere to copy it, everyone else had their own keys. Of Course Arnelle had a key to the front door.
