I'm not sure I understand you, Jasper. If you just named three, why do you need me to name two? BTW, I was being slight sarcastic in using that phrase, and perhaps should not have used it. The point I was really trying to make is that ANY theory that has ANYONE sneaking around the Rockingham grounds has all kind of 'baggage' attached to it. Where were those people hdiding? And, while hiding, how could they keep track of the people they were supposed to be keeping track of? And so forth.

Actually, Jasper, there is yet another explanation for what Rosa Lopez said: YOU ARE THE ONE WHO HAS IT WRONG, okay?
Where is your source for your assertion that RL heard footsteps while Kaelin and OJ were at McDonalds? She never said that.
She was unsure and never testified as to any estimate of where the "two men" were exactly when she heard the "voices". She also reported hearing "hard footsteps". She also never used the word "arguing" in describing those voices.
Finally, there is one perfectly non-sinister explanation for what Lopez heard: It was Arnelle coming home from her date, saying her goodbyes to him. I believe Lopez testified as to midnight or twelve thirty for hearing those voices, and this ties in exactly with Arnelle's own testimony for when she got home.
It would have been rather stupid and indiscreet for two conspirators to be "arguing" audibly at that time and place, since there was at least Kaelin and perhaps Arnelle within earshot (if they had their back windows open) when the purported argument took place.

I have not read where she gave any numbers of the people who had to be at Rockingham at any given time and I have found her positions to be well considered whether or not they agree with mine. Any scenario that uses third, and even forth or fifth, parties as lookouts at Rockingham and/or Bundy ends up looking like one of those slapstick scenes out of a Marx Brothers or Three Stooges movie where four or five characters are ducking in and out of two or three rooms and just missing seeing each other by a fraction of a second.
