Now OJ had message manager on his cell phone in which people could leave messages if they did not reach him. He also had an answereing machine on his home phone. the difference between these is very important. Paula left the "I'm mad" message on the cell phone messanger at 7:00am. Now OJ went to play golf at 6 am so at that time the phone would have rung in the Bronco and OJ not there. OJ said he picked up his messages which he meant on his home answering machine. Paula had left a message about not being at home. OJ only half believed this as it was her habit to do so when she didn't want to be bothered and would be at home. Hince he keep calling her. The prosecution made one think that when he said in police interriogation that he picked up his messages that meant he had picked up Paula "I'm Mad" message but it was not. He had picked up her "I am out of town message" which was on answereing machine which was in his kitchen. Oj is adament that he never got Paula's "I'm mad" message and did not know about it till she mentioned it in jail. Yet someone called his message manager from his home on two occassions. Probably from his kitchen as would also check out those messages at same time. Or they did it from some remote technical way. Or they plugged into his line from his phone box outside. Easy to put a long line in and be in bushes or even in yard of vacant house. Wow can't be from pluging in line cause could not retrieve answereing machine messages if I am right that they would want to monitor those two. Most likely in kitchen or tap on phone. Now we know OJ could not have done it. The first time that the bill showed he picked up message manager was 6:54 pm. Now OJ made a time error on when the recital was over. He told police it was over at 6:30pm. But it was more like 7 to 7:15 according to several witnesses. It took 10 min for him to drive home. He probably got the 6:30 because Nicole anticipated it to be over earlier than it did because she was late for reservations. So if he made a 6:54 call it would have meant that he left the recital at 6:44 after also talking and picture makeing which would be the 6:30 time. Since that seems imposible, then someone picked up that message and was probably in his kitchen. Could have been Kato, but probably someone else. It would be easy for someone to hide in the garage and slip in the kitchen. they would have used this way instead of laundry room door to make sure alarm was off. Now in order to pull this off, someone had to be watching OJ at the recital and probably gave the go ahead by cell phone to person in garage at the time Sydney started to dance. This way they knew that they could be in and out before OJ could get home. Sydney being the next to last to dance, this would have put the recital over a little after 7:00. They would do this to make sure no one called and said they would be coming over. His calls would also be moniterred in some way for the same reason. Now next call to message manager might have been made by OJ. He said he must not have checked his messages as he never got Paula's message and he was suprized himself that he had not checked. So he could have checked but message was wiped out in 6:54 call. This was at 8:55pm which could have been OJ just before they went for hamburgers or just after he and Kato left for hamburgers giving a 5 minute error on when they left. Both times are significant as both close to when OJ would be home in order to say he did it, but at a time he was gone. Question do we know when Kato's phone bill said he hung up his phone before McDonalds? Also could all of this been done remote control, if so why not do when knew OJ at home.
