I have commented thousands of times on the diagrams of the condo used and how far wrong they were about the layout. That they had the front door about 10 feet from the top step, etc.
But I have found something to beat it all and it is so bizarre. While looking at video looking for daylight photos of the crime scene, I come across Rossi's testimony. (the Watch Commander) He is the one who saw shoeprints ONLY about 50 feet back from the driveway and refused to locate or orient these on the diagram of the condo.
Anyway, in cross, Clark shows him a so-called diagram of the condo. This diagram is on a chart about the size of notebook paper on its side so you know right away how out of porportion it is.
Like the others it has the front door practically on the front step, etc.
THEN I noticed something. I rewound it and have looked at it over and over again. And what I saw IS there.
They have lines to indicate the steps as in all the diagrams BUT they have lines to indicate the steps up to the "porch". They have lines to indicate the steps by the gate BUT they also have lines to indicate another set of steps (that I have always claimed are there--or were there--that led up to the terraced area.
But GANG, THAT is NOT the most bizarre part. The most Bizarre part is that they have Ron in the caged area but have Nicole ON THE LANDING (above where we usually see her positioned in the photos). The actually have her between the two sets of steps in this diagram.
And remember who they are showing this to. The WC whose testimony could have been taken as that he was never there or never saw what he was testifying to.
Also Clark kept asking him showing him the photo of the shoeprints by the glassed in area if this is what he saw that night and he says yes.
What? Didn't he testify that those he saw about 50 feet back were the only ones he saw? Did he go inside and out the front door? I don't recall. I didn't think so.
While writing this I stopped and played it again. Yes, I am NOT mistaken in this. They have another set of steps between Nic's body and the dog's prints out on the walkway.
Oh,what I wouldn't give right now for a Snappy and a way to show you this right now!!
Simply amazing! Moved bodies,etc. come to mind. Were they showing Rossi what he DID see? charlie
