Another area of inquiry of Bosco would be whether or not he ever saw the original (or first generation) crime scene photos.

Like Jasper says that all the difference in the world is made for meaning because the blood drop on the cover of his book was left off.

In 2nd and 3rd generation photos what is really a blood drop or more comes off looking like a smear or if it is light enough disappears altogether.

Also, what about the shoeprint photos? Did he see any more of them than we did? On the steps? Towards the back? In the trial, the concentrated on just those two by the glassed in living room.

Also, any indications that he might have as to why they deliberately made the shoeprints appear to be at the very top of the steps? I rewatched Fung the other night on a video and was amazed at the presentation of the shoeprints as being practically touching the top step. Was this because Riske "claimed" he could see the shoeprints and the front door from the call box? Not!! Also, the condo was made to appear "regular" sized as if it were not a long property from street to alley. Also the top of the step and the front door was made to appear to be no further than about 10 feet at most from each other.

I have come to believe that this is more "probable cause" to get inside the condo.
