Jasper, I see this got "lost" amongst the Sept 3rd postings.
Heistra was NOT behind NIcole's condo. He was in the alley behind the houses across the street.
Had he been in her alley he could have testified to any cars or not, etc. But he was not. He was across the street. charlie
