What I need specifically is any footage that shows daylight shots of the people walking around the area or shows the area at the top of the four steps above Nicole's body or rather where she was lying earlier.
I believe we have been deceived about that area in testimony (What Riske could see from the call box and more) and in the diagrams used by Bodziak, Fung and the prosecution in general.
I watched a video that I myself have the other day showing Fung presenting a diagram of the shoeprints and blood drops. In this diagram he has the shoeprints at the top of the steps (not near the glassed in living room---which by the way--was not on the diagram at all) They had the front door about 10 feet from the top of the steps if that much. The entire diagram gave the impression the condo was no larger than a regular house. I feel all of this was a deception about how the killer would have had to walk the what? 160 ft to the back gate in the DARK without a flashlight and more.
If there is a way I can get photos or video of this area it would be greatly appreciated. There are many questions other that what I mentioned here about that area.
Also, I heard from Chris Springer this AM and I will tell him about which book Freed is reading. Also, if Freed is interested in being in contact with Chris, he would be willing.
