this could explain why constance dial was called to the scene. although i don't know much about the police force or how undercover cops operate or how one would go about getting the job. ron hadn't lived in los angeles very long to have such a thick file. i wonder if some could have been bogus charges. like bill wasz were. all that was released were his traffic violations. i thought he might have been involved in an extortion scheme. he got money from somewhere and had big plans. hard to say.
