Jean and Jasper, ... I know that some elderly, (though I don't consider the Kennedy's elderly ) and those not elderly have killed their husband or wife and themself, and / or some have had a 'Pact' when illness and other traumas become unbearable. ..... But in this case, Judith and Tracy Kennedy were not what I'd consider elderly, they weren't in any facility for those unable to care for themselves, they had their own home, from the description of their yard, they both took great pride and care, and the only problem so far reported is that Judith Kennedy is reported to have filed for divorce. ..... Now I know that has been a response to the one who does not want a divorce, but there is no indication that Tracy Kennedy would or did react in this extreme way. ..... I found a post I'll have to look for again that I copied and saved from a Hattiesburg Forum, post #14, where someone quotes a news report that Judith Kennedy was shot more than once and Tracy Kennedy once. .... Later I will find and post that, but the poster did not include a URL, and I have been unable to find this report. ..... If anyone can, with the URL, please do post this news report. ..... There's too many things that scream double-murder here. .... Two guns left near the Two bodies, though Toxicology tests do take awhile, the Autopsy should still not take this long. .... In most other cases, much more gruesome cases, the Autopsy Reports are usually completed and the findings published within a day or two. ...... Because Tracy Kennedy had at one time 14 years ago, while under extreme duress, in an extreme and unique circumstance, such as the Un-precedented length and publicity of serving as a Juror on the OJ Criminal Trial, does not mean that he would react that way again. .... Just because someone has suffered Depression and had attempted suicide in the Past, does not mean they will do so again years later. ..... And we do not even know what the circumstances surrounding Tracy Kennedy's log-ago suicide attempt consisted of. .... Was it more a plea for help ? ..... Was he ever in danger of dying from whatever means he used to attemt suicide ? .... Did he just snap that one time due to the extrordinary circumstances he found himself in, but was it a real suicide attempt, or as I ask, a plea for release ? .... Even if it was for real THEN, does not mean he would feel compelled to do so again, even if his wife did file for divorce. ..... Could Someone(s) use his history to committ a Double-Murder and seemingly intentionally do so in such a way as to make it clear these were Double-Murders and not "an apparent murder - suicide" ? ..... Until and unless their Deaths are Investigated Thoroghly and Honestly from EVERY ANGLE, Starting with DOUBLE-MURDER and Conclusively ruling that out, what little is known shows that the evidence as so far reported, as well as was NOT reported, points to this being a Double-Murder and not "an apparent murder-suicide". .... And if as I suspect they were both murdered, then WHY are they not being investigated as such, and what could have been the motives ? ............... Solitairea1
