Their freshly cut lawn is decorated with neat green-colored hedges, a blossomed rose garden and summer-bloomed trees arranged to perfection. But inside the couple's home at 108 Hillendale Drive in Hattiesburg, something went terribly wrong. Police found the bodies of Tracy Kennedy, 66, and Judith Kennedy, 68, early Thursday around midnight. Both had at least one gunshot wound to the head, officials said. Hattiesburg Police Department spokesman Synarus Green said the Kennedys' deaths have been ruled a "double death investigation." Green said the bodies were found after police received a concerned call from relatives of Judith Kennedy, saying they'd been unable to reach her. Green said Thursday he did not know if a gun had been confiscated from the scene. --------- Forrest County Chief Deputy Coroner Tommy Fedrick said autopsies would indicate how long the Kennedys had been dead. "We think they'd been there since sometime Tuesday," Fedrick said. "The last time anyone saw them was Tuesday morning around 9:30 a.m." The last time the Kennedys' neighbor, Elizabeth Davis, saw Tracy Kennedy was Monday morning as he was taking out the trash. "I don't know them real well. They lived over there about four years I guess. Nobody has ever known too much about them," said Davis, whose house is next door to the Kennedys'. Davis, who has lived on Hillendale Drive for 50 years, said she learned of her neighbors' deaths Thursday morning from another neighbor. "Shock! I couldn't believe it. In fact, it made me sick to my stomach," she said. And, HOW can the Hattiesburg Police Dept. Spokesman, Synarus Green NOT Know whether a GUN was Confiscated or not ? .... And it was reported that there were TWO GUNS found Near the bodies in the other Reports. .... I get the Impression that the TWO GUNS will be 'Turned into ' ONE GUN by the time this is over. ..... Also, doing google searches, I see NO indication that this has made the National News. ..... WHY ? ........ Also, the FORREST COUNTY CHIEF DEPUTY CORONER, TOMMY FEDRICK, -- [ Or was that a typo and the name is Frederick ? ] didn't have to 'Explain' why there's the NEED for Autopsies. .... Sounds like FILLER to me, Filler being something to Say / Comment about in a News Report when Attempting to PAD an Article. ...... Even the Ages of Tracy and Judith Kennedy hae changed by a year ! ...... Why won't the Hattiesburg, Mississippi Police Investigate this Double-Murder as what it is, a Double-Murder, instead of this NON-SENSE of Claiming this a 'Murder-Suicide', and making this Claim even though there has been NO TIME to Conduct an Honest and Thorough Investigation ? .... AND, again, WHY if these people were found either Wednesday or Thursday, depending on WHEN they were Actually found, have the Autopsies NOT been Completed by this time ? Why will they not be Completed and / or Conducted until "Early Next Week" ? -- [ See Previous Posted Articles in this Thread ] ---- And WHY is it that no one heard about these deaths on Wednesday or Thursday ? ......
