Bob – We’re on the same page with the drive time (I went through several iteration) and the time discrepancy in Fuhrman’s Pomona credit card alibi AT THE TIME OF THE MURDERS and his wife’s startling claim that he was with her AT THE TIME OF THE MURDERS. ............... He could not have been in Pomona and in Redondo Beach at 10:30 (Caroline Fuhrman’s time of the murders – when the prosecution was arguing that the killings ended before 10:30). He could not have been in Pomona at 10:40 as he said as a guest on O’Reilly http://smartfellowspress.com/Fuhrmans_Alibi.htm (Pat Valentino’s letter to Jim Fetzer) and at home in Redondo Beach at 10:30 as he said as a witness in O.J.’s criminal trial. And what was this stuff about an alibi for the time of the murders? Marcia’s question was where he was at approximately 8:00 p.m., not where he was between 10:15 and 10:25 – her time for the killings. ............... Marcia’s “8:00 p.m.” question was really a “10:15-10:25” question. It was all about drive time from La Quinta to BUNDY and THEN from Bundy to Redondo Beach. If driving from La Quinta to Redondo Beach gets him home at 10:30, he could not have gone to Bundy first without adding another 25 minutes to his drive time. At any time interval in between, he had to be on the road. .............. Push the time he left La Quinta AFTER 8:00 and you start getting into trouble with cops at the convention who would testify that he left earlier than he said he did. Leaving much earlier than 8:00 p.m. but suggesting that he left only a minute or two earlier gets him out of that potential trap but leaves him with another problem. What reason does he give the cops who knew that he left much earlier for doing so and lying about under oath in a murder trial? I has to be bad enough that they would keep quiet about it but entirely believable because they knew he had done it before. It also has to be comparatively “innocent” and completely “irrelevant” to the murders. What could he say to get honest cops to lie for him? How does an extramarital tryst sound to you? .............. We’ve been waiting years for Fuhrman to tell that story though intermediaries WHEN the alibi you nailed him on fell through. I expected it to happen many years ago. I think he did, too. That’s why I believe you caught him off guard when you came at him with “Marcia’s question” the way you did (that was brilliant, by the way). I believe that he did have an I-was-cheating-on-my-wife story set up with his credit card that someone else used within a time rage that gave Fuhrman a believable alibi from 10:03 to 1040. .............With a drive time of only an hour from La Quinta to Pomona, he’s got an awful lot of explaining to do to account for what took him over two and a half hours to get to Pomona and minus 15 minutes to get from there to Redondo Beach. ............Time shifting is a common theme with Fuhrman, Roberts, Phillips and whoever stopped Nicole’s watch at 10:03. We understand this game with Fuhrman’s alibi because we studied it, tested it and considered its implications. The hard part is to get someone in the justice system or the media with clout to look at what we’ve done. –Jasper
