In re-reading your post and my response to it, I must have been have sleep. Civility is not a part of character but honesty is character. And a person can be civil without being honest and honest without being civil. The best scenario is to be both civil and honest at the same time. But on a discussion board, where people have varying opinions, being civil all the time is not going to fly. Myself, on this discussion board, I would rather have the honesty. In my day to day life I want both. In working for the Fed Gov't I have met some civil dishonest people (backstabbers) and I have met some honest people who were uncivil to certain races or classes of people. If you think we attack or are uncivilized(your expression), you should check out crimelibrary or the old courttv boards. This is not an attack but just me tring to clarify my response to you. And by the way, did you mean uncivil instead of uncivilized? I still agree with you about Pavelic.
