I wonder if Mr.Pavelic even _HAS_ a 'Book' coming out. Ever since last year we've been asking him WHO the Publisher is, HOW we can Pre-Order said 'Book', and what is the ISBN number. ... He has NOT answered ANY of these questions to date. ..... So again, I'd like to know the answers to these questions along with the Title of this supposed 'Book', and the 'Ghost Writer' of this supposed 'Book', Where it will be 'Published', and by WHO, WHEN, HOW can WE Pre-Order said'Book', and what is the ISBN Number. ..........
