Rovan, You already know the answer to the question. Mark Fuhrman framed OJ in 1989 concerning a domestic discord incident. He falsified a document for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office so they can file charges against him. In 1994, Mark Fuhrman's falsified document was provided to various tabloid and main stream media...to vilify OJ.
