I just finished reading Thomas Riccio’s book “Busted”. It is a must read for anyone following the Las Vegas case. I found it interesting that up until 5:30om the day of the incident Riccio thought Mike Gilbert was coming, not Bruce Fromong. He specifically says that OJ told him that he did not ask any one to bring guns. The reason he taped the incident was because of Alfred Beardsley, not OJ. He did not trust Beardsley. He also says that the cops did not find the tape recorder sitting on top of the TV stand. Two soft drink cups had been placed on the TV stand by the police and he found the tape between when the cops turned the room back over to him.
