Rovaan— Tom Scotto might have a good idea. I didn’t think so until I read NO-Name’s second response to your post then when back to some ’99, ’01 and ‘02 archived posts that you were able to rescue from our spam attacker. ………… The biggest problem we’ve always had was in getting someone inside of O.J.’s circle of trust to study our work. The Bronco turn study together with the animated representations of when and where Allan Park first spotted Kato and O.J. (in that order) according to the trial transcripts are studies are real evidence in the case. That is to say, you can create illusions of O.J.’s movement through time and space with words but you can’t be that flexible with diagrams drawn to scale and an accurate clock superimposed on those drawing with icons representing real cars and people in motion. ……………In the end, O.J. could have committed the murders only if it was physically possible for him to have done so. The applicable animations (with base data that can be independently checked) prove that it was physically impossible for O.J. to have committed the murders according to any verbal scenario. The only way to get around the fact that O.J. DID have an airtight alibi is to dismiss the animations with words rather than to do the work necessary to make objective tests of their validity. …………Our anonymous poster reinforced the ONLY THING that makes O.J. appear to be “guilty as hell.” No, it’s not the blood evidence, the gloves, the socks, the shoes, the murder “weapon,” or any of the physical evidence found on Bundy or Rockingham. It’s the IMAGE of O.J. generated before and during his criminal trial as the kind of man who could have committed the murders and the sheer repetition of the allegation that he did. ………… There is no way a serious investigator can come to this site and study the information gathered here over the years regarding the creation of O.J.’s despised image and the people responsible for creating it, without taking a second look. Indeed, the biggest threat to maintaining that despicable image is the persistence of those who reject it to continue to say why they reject it. Here, we have traced the origins of that image to the stories of the same few people linked to each other in all of the intricate and highly unlikely ways necessary to create a false image coupled with evidence that was seriously tainted in EVERY instance. ……………People like Tom Scotto seriously undermine the argument that the man they knew as O.J. Simpson was the monster described in Raging Heart, Private Diary, and the “pattern of abuse” testimony and photos presented in O.J.’s murder trial. It was when those portraits of O.J. were being drawn in the courts and in the media, as it is now, O.J.’s image that was on trial. …………We can thank our rude No-Name poster (who sounds so much like someone we know) for reminding us of that essential fact. –Jasper
