I can't believe her mother is going along with Stern on rushing the embalming/release of the body. Not that she is presumed to be that bright but it's just hard to watch somebody be so gullible. Her lawyer is really not going toe to toe with HKS lawyer. NEITHER IS OPRI! That's what I don't understand. This judge right now is not very impressive. He seems like he's favoring HKS loud mouth blonde lawyer. She is dominating the whole hearing and Opri is hardly saying a thing. It seems like Vergie's lawyer is opposing Birkhead's lawyer. Am I correct that Vergie, ANS mother, is opposing Opri holding the body any longer for DNA? What an idiot. I'm sorry, maybe she's never heard of chain of custody, contamination, switching, etc. but how could she be that dense? She herself is accusing Stern of foul play.
