street in front of 875 Bundy after having walked through a horrific murder
scene. When Captain Dial got off
the phone, she called for everyone to gather around. When the last uniformed
officer from the rear of the residence arrived, Dial announced, “I just got
off the phone with the Chief (Willie Williams). He has ordered us to frame OJ
Simpson for these murders.” She paused for a moment to
let that sink in. “This is
big,” she continued. “It is not the run of the mill planting drugs on
suspects or slipping a weapon near a suspect.
We got to think this through carefully because the whole world will be
watching. Who knows anything
about framing someone?” It was quiet.
Then Mark Fuhrman spoke, “I worked on a screen play once about
framing people. I might have some
ideas.” “Good. You take
Phillips and start mapping out just how we are going to do this.
Roberts, you gather up the people that indicated they heard the dog

So maybe they (the police) killed Nicole after 11:00pm, hired some people to be the dog walkers to claim they arrived at 12:00pm so they could frame OJ? Wouldn’t it have been easier to just to monitor OJ and commit the murders when was he alone without an alibi?
