I think the real estate people is just because some real estate people are very rich. And they are easy to lure to some place. If they get a call to show a house at 10:00 PM to show an empty house they go. People buying houses do odd things like gotta look at that house one last time before we make our decision before we leave town in the morning and stuff like that. My brother in law was in real estate and e was showing houses all kinds of times day and night.
