I agree 110% Charlie. That Ruiz woman is totally obnoxious. She probably did her clients more harm than good. I totally agree with the verdict though. With about 30 complaints about the dog and everyone in the building terrified of them-it's too bad something wasn't done before that poor lady died Take care Pat
