I found the cartoons above on my way to looking in 1989 and '90 Detroit Free Press archives for Conrad's "German reunification" cartoon. If I'd known the Dec 2, 1992 date that the one I was looking for was printed in the Los Angeles Times but not in the Free Press like so many of his other foreign affairs cartoons, I would not have found any of them. --Jasper |
